This is a summary of my training about the employee types in a workplace. How do you know if the work or the position suits you? How to deal with your bosses, colleagues, and customers? I think this would be helpful to reflect what are you and how to improve yourself.


Which bird are you?

The training groups and symbolizes employees into 5 types of bird. Each has different characteristics, strengths, and concerns.

The birds are falcon, wild goose, peacock, ostrich, and parrot.

Falcon

A falcon flies high, flies solely, and aims on a healthy prey not a dead one.
